Return and Refund Policy

Return Period: You can request a return within 07 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g. cosmetics, skincare, undergarments) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return

3. Approval – Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
4. Ship Back the Item – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges
